Famously, Zurich has often served as the backdrop for literature and films and a subject for landscape paintings, panoramas and picture postcards. Less known, however, is its importance as a setting for comics and cartoons. Comic Zurich presents the city from an unfamiliar perspective and offers an insight into the work of Zurich’s comic-strip artists and cartoonists.
